The AST-9294 folding probe thermometer offers ease of use, fast response and high accuracy combined with the unique safety feature of a foldaway probe. It is ideally suited for liquid or semi-solid sampling having a pointed stainless steel probe which is adjustable through 45, 90, 135 or 180 angles. Ideal applications include industry, laboratory, education and food hygiene temperature tests.
